About our organisation
Aroza came into existence in February 2007 as an unincorporated organisation. We ae aiming to provide high quality and affordable health activities and latest information on health, nutrition and healthy eating that all women Single mothers, Over50's, Home workers living in Croydon from BAME community groups especially Asian women can access. We healthy living sessions like, Exercises, healthy cooking and latest information on health and nutrition in Croydon for women, especially with any health issues. 
 Key aims:
1. Support and help to lose weight especially people with diabetes, Coronary Heart disease, Stroke, Artheritis and back problems.  2. Signpost residents to local services or health professionals as appropriate 3. Promote good health by providing health promotion information on a range of health topics . 4. Raise awareness about the health improvemet serices awailable in the area.
Social Aims:
1. To increase access for women on low income to affordable activities products and services with the aim to improve their self esteem. 2. To empower women through social activities 3. To establish a system for peer support. 4. Set targets and goals to achieve a better and healthy environment for the women in the community. 5. Find the factors that contribute to the unfair divide. 6. To find ways for a fairer system to improve health inequalities.7. To support communities to respond to public health messages.8.  To MIND THE GAPS and support people whose circumstances make it harder for them to choose healthier lifestyles.
Business Aims: 1. To ensure the long term sustainability of the project. 2. To maximise the income generating potential of the project objectives.
  “Our Vision” is a happy healthy community with fewer health issues and lesser burden on our hospitals in 15 to 25 years time and  “Our Mission” is to achieve our goals what ever hard work it takes to achieve them.
We believe that our community needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service you need. If you have any sort of issues we are here to help you. Don't suffer in silence. Talk to us. We will not only listen to your problems but do our best to help solve your problem. Our aim is to help and support women. This is your Club, make it successful. We run drop-in centre in collaboraton with Croydon Asian Women's Organisation. The sessions include informative and practical workshops on; Healthy eating,· Importance of breakfast; Taking five a day; Tackling obesity through preventive measures; food labeling,· Importance of cellular nutrition in daily diet to protect health.
We are also running different activities for women especially with mental health issues like anxiety and depression. The sessions include arts and craft activities like;Henna designing; How to make henna paste cones, create different designs and patterns and design your own clothes, and prepare delicious food for you and your  family.
